We have an excellent opportunity for an individual (3-6 years experience) who is motivated to take IT products to the next level, by uplifting Product Sales, Lead Generation, conducting Competitive analysis and work with the Product Management Team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new leads from the web (including prospecting tools) and build a pipeline, by prospecting through emails, calls and web demos.
- Urge to learn and have the ability to effectively pitch products to potential customers.
- Strong awareness of different IT solutions and products that are in the market which are inline to the ones being pitched to prospects.
- Facilitate consultative selling by understanding customer pain points, best practices and clearly articulating the benefits of the product to the prospect.
- Answer all licensing and technical queries prospects have along the course of their evaluation to their full satisfaction over the phone, email, and F2F in coordination with our tech/support team.
- Provide regular feedback from prospects and customers to the Product and Engineering team.
- Monitor, follow-up, and report on competitive activities, market conditions, and opportunities.
- Maintain all sales activities and updates in our CRM system.
- Experience in Product Sales is a must.
- Must also be willing to drive conversations over web/phone to a global audience.
- Should be familiar with the latest apps, products, and must have a natural drive towards technology.
- A Team Player, with Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with a neutral accent.
- Good listener with a consultative approach.
