Skill Set:
-Minimum 4 years hands-on business development/sales experience in software product sales
-Excellent Communication Skills in English Language
-High exposure to social selling and email marketing for lead generation
-Committed to continuous education through workshops, web conferences and internal training
-Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
-Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure
-Strong business sense and industry expertise
-Is very well organized, is a multi-tasker and has good time management skills
-Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
-Good understanding of software development, technologies, methodologies etc.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Supports the success of an assigned team of salespeople, Business Development and Sales Representatives.
-Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.
-Provides coaching and professional development to team-member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
-Lead demand-generation marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty.
-Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
-Coordinate the customer involvement of other company personnel when needed, including support resources, team members, and management.
-Supports initiatives that ensure product profitability.
-Achieves product growth targets in the assigned geography or account base.
-Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
-Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
