Established in the year 2000 by Kev Crowther, Trade Alliance Group (TAG) is a buying group of small builders. TAG aims to help small builders and tradies purchase building materials and other related services at very competitive prices compared to individual purchases. TAG helps you take advantage of purchase volume that brings costs down tremendously.

Fingent’s approach

The bulk of the orders from TAG members were through the telephone. Tag Staff transcribes these to excel sheets through which they manage the orders and members. However, this laborious process gave rise to numerous errors that hampered TAG’s efficiency.

To counter these difficulties, Fingent proposed a Product Ordering system, integrated with a CRM system that makes it easier for TAG staff to manage members and orders.
