    SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) helps you manage all HR functions from hiring to the final separation of employees in an organization. The key modules in SAP HCM are Personnel Management, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll. SAP HCM is integrated with other modules such as Production Planning (PP), Material Management (MM), Financial Accounting (FI), and Controlling (CO).
