Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events to identify and qualify new leads.
  • Engage decision-makers (CXOs, IT heads, procurement teams) and schedule discovery/introductory meetings.
  • Build and maintain an accurate database of prospects in CRM.
  • Collaborate with experienced Inside Sales Executives to refine outreach strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed activity targets (dials, emails, LinkedIn touches) and lead generation KPIs.
  • Participate in structured training programs, mentorship, and continuous learning initiatives. 

Skills

  •  MBA graduates (Sales/Marketing preferred).
  • Strong communication, confidence, and a genuine interest in sales.
  • Resilient, curious, coachable, and motivated to achieve targets.
