UI Designer

Preferred Skill Set:

• Strong understanding of UI fundamentals: layout, typography, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy
• Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, styles); familiarity with Sketch or Adobe XD is a plus
• Ability to design clean, consistent, and responsive interfaces for web and mobile
• Basic understanding of UX principles, user flows, wireframes, and usability best practices
• Experience working with or following design systems and reusable components
• Good communication and presentation skills to explain design decisions clearly
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
• Attention to detail with a strong visual sense and quality-focused mindset
• Basic awareness of design handoff and implementation considerations
• A portfolio showcasing UI skills and design thinking

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create screens, layouts, components, and icons based on requirements
• Translate ideas, wireframes, and requirements into high-quality UI designs
• Maintain visual consistency using design systems, typography, color, and spacing
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, developers, and product teams
• Present design concepts and explain design decisions clearly
• Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders
• Prepare designs for developer handoff and support implementation
• Ensure quality, usability, and attention to detail across all designs
