Skill Set Requirement:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or MBA.
• Proven track record of at least 3-4 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Expert knowledge of SAP Activate, Waterfall, and Scaled Agile (SAFe).
• Proficiency in SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, and Jira.
• High emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and executive presence.
  
  Preferred Certifications
• SAP Certified Associate – SAP Activate Project Manager.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2.
• SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public) Implementation specialized certification.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Program & Delivery Management

• Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations (Greenfield/Brownfield) and global rollouts.
• Manage full project lifecycle using SAP Activate Methodology or Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Oversee project financials including budgeting, cost control, resource utilization, and margin management.

Technical & Functional Governance

• Ensure adherence to Clean Core architecture principles.
• Drive extensions via SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) instead of heavy customizations.
• Guide integration of SAP Business AI and Joule (copilot) into key business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, HR).
• Conduct Quality Gate reviews across phases (Explore, Realize, Deploy) to ensure delivery excellence.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for C-suite stakeholders and steering committees.
• Manage relationships with SAP Account Executives (AE), Partner Executives (PE), and third-party vendors.
• Lead contract negotiations including SOWs (Statements of Work).
• Manage change request (CR) lifecycle and governance.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor a global delivery team of 20+ consultants (Onshore/Offshore).
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Drive adoption of SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public/Private) and SAP Signavio for process optimization.
