Roles and Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound lead generation campaigns via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
- Identify, research, and qualify prospects within assigned industries/territories.
- Engage with CXOs, IT Directors, and senior stakeholders to uncover potential IT needs.
- Own the pipeline of qualified opportunities and ensure smooth handoff to Business Development Managers. Maintain detailed prospect data in CRM and leverage tools for outreach efficiency.
- Mentor and coach fresher Inside Sales Associates in prospecting best practices.
- Consistently achieve targets for lead generation, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.
Skills
- B2B outbound inside sales/lead generation experience.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation quotas.
- Strong objection – handling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
