Skill Set Requirement:

  • 10–12 years of work experience in SAP S/4HANA solution consulting, systems integration, or architect roles.
  • Strong understanding of SAP best practices.
  • Expertise in ABAP development with in-depth knowledge of SAP modules such as FICO, MM, PP, SD, PLM, and APO.
  • Proficient in analyzing requirements, creating system specifications, developing tests, and implementing business solutions using SAP technologies.
  • Skilled in delivering solution demos and presentations to customers, business stakeholders, and architects.
  • Experience working with interfaces, including Web Services, Java connectors, and REST APIs, for communication with non-SAP applications.
  • Knowledgeable in SAP security concepts, including implementing authorization checks in ABAP objects.
  • Experience managing SAP S/4HANA migration and conversion projects.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide architecture and design guidance to development teams, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Engage with customers and strategic partners to gather and validate requirements, translating them into comprehensive solution designs.
  • Guide engineering teams in developing, configuring, and implementing solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Manage project delivery, including defining project scope, setting timelines, and tracking progress against project plans.
  • Oversee resource planning, onboarding, and allocation to ensure team members are effectively integrated and equipped for success.
  • Foster a high-performance culture by setting clear goals, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Lead team meetings, conduct sprint planning sessions, and facilitate agile ceremonies to maintain project momentum.
  • Ensure the technical integrity of projects by leveraging common technical elements and minimizing redundant work.
  • Act as a mentor and coach to team members, supporting their professional development through knowledge sharing and structured training programs.
  • Develop and implement onboarding plans for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into roles and responsibilities.
  • Identify skill gaps within the team and recommend training or development programs to enhance capabilities.
  • Drive collaboration across teams and promote effective communication to resolve technology integration issues.
  • Anticipate potential project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Establish career development pathways for team members, providing guidance on growth opportunities and succession planning.
  • Prepare and present status reports, technical documentation, and key project deliverables to stakeholders and executives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of quality and responsiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Promote a positive work environment that encourages innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
