Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing the complete recruitment life cycle for the business unit, you will be responsible for strategically planning, attracting, sourcing, selecting, and converting candidates for specific requisitions. This includes the development of a diverse pipeline of highly skilled resources, proficiently managing candidate relationships, and promoting Fingent as an employer of choice. The primary objective is to ensure the timely availability of the right talent.
• Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, follow up till the candidate joins.
• Focus on effective networking methods to reach the greatest number of potential candidates through internet sourcing, direct mailing, LinkedIn, industry leads sources, key contacts, job portals.
• Conduct telephonic interviews with candidates.
•  You will be responsible to develop candidate interest in available positions.
• Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
• Update candidates & hiring managers on the recruitment status.
• Manage Reporting and Analytics.
• Responsible for managing/driving key recruitment metrics.
